We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) starting in September to actively support our team in the area of Quality Management with various topics and projects. As part of an internship lasting approximately 6 months (a combination of a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship is also possible), we offer you an attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with different aspects of practical experience.
Your tasks include:
- Support in planning, setting up, and conducting training sessions for Q-experts on Structured Problem Solving (SPS) as well as formats for introducing AI for quality and operations
- Preparing concept, design and material (digital and handwritten paper-based), organizations, execution, preperation and post-processing
- Assistance in managing and processing problem-solving cases
- Setting up and maintaining Office365 community environments, such as in SharePoint and Teams
- Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure quality standards in processes
- Preparation and compilation of decision-making documents for the management of the business unit
- Support in creating and designing presentations for various stakeholders
