Job Summary
Gynecology Oncology ACGME Accredited fellowship program and administrative support for the Gynecology Oncology faculty.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, organization of program-based activities, including recruitment, orientation,
event planning, maintenance of program and trainee files, compliance of evaluations and oversight of all duty hour monitoring processes and
audits, purchasing and expense tracking, program and trainee correspondence, up-keep of program and community database,
communicating and tracking detailed program information.
Essential Functions-Organization of program-based activities, including recruitment, orientation, event planning, maintenance of program and
trainee files, compliance of evaluations and oversight of all duty hour monitoring processes and audits, purchasing and expense tracking,
program and trainee correspondence, up-keep of program and community database, communicating and tracking detailed program
information.
-Process affiliation agreements for Residents rotating to other institutions. Keep abreast of any changes in Resident/Fellow
status, new assignments, etc., keeping the director informed. Keep track of residentsā/fellowsā plans relating to research
rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of current and future plans/rotations.
-Acts as liaison with Division Directors, Service Chiefs, and Fellowship Program Managers. Ensures that various administrative
activities are being coordinated with Clinical Fellowship programs. Coordinates activities with Pathology Administration,
Physician Services, and GME Office as appropriate.
-Regularly monitor and appropriately document schedule and conference changes throughout the year, as well as guest
speakers, vendors, and attendance.
-Coordinate first appointment and credentialing process with MGB Central Credentialing Office. Track completion of
appointment/credentialing process, notifying director of problems.
-Independently monitors special projects as required by Fellowship Directors, Administration, or Division Chiefs.

ACGME Medical Education Project Management experience
Exceptional computer skills: MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, e-mail, Internet, spreadsheets, and scheduling.

- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Basic financial/accounting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal/communications skills, and a good command of the English language.
