Job Summary
The research student program at the Walt Lab offers trainees an immersive, hands-on research experience focused on biomarker detection and assay development, with applications in neurodegenerative disease research and related fields. Research Student are introduced to foundational and progressively advanced lab techniques and scientific inquiry within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Through direct experimental training, participation in lab meetings, departmental seminars, and one-on-one mentoring, trainees will build a strong foundation in experimental design, data analysis, and technical skills, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to scientific research.
