You have10+years of management consulting or transformation leadership experience and/or15+years of experience in business analysis, end-to-end process design/re-engineering/optimizationforlarge, complex initiatives,or implementing workflow solutions and robotic process automation
You are a strategicleaderwho can developanddeliverclear strategies for transformation, including scope definition,prioritizing / sequencingoutcomesandobjectives,settingeffective success measures,andestablishingwork approachwithproblem-solvingtechniques
Youhave at least 5 years of people management experienceanddemonstratedproficiencyin leading senior practitioners, includingdevelopment ofassociatesâskills and capabilities
