I can succeed as a Private Client Services GIC Sr. Analyst.

As a Private Client Services (PCS) Sr. Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for independently processing and reviewing complex investment orders while ensuring full compliance with client guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal parameters.

• You will oversee client portfolio activity across Mutual Funds, Separate Accounts, and SMAs, including post‑authorization and batch compliance reviews and follow‑up actions.

• The role requires close collaboration with Legal, Portfolio Guideline Analysis, Trading, Product, Technology, and Client Relationship teams to support account lifecycle events such as onboarding, portfolio transitions, rebalancing, and cash flow activity.

• You will analyze complex tax implications, provide guidance on investment processes and portfolio construction, and support internal and external stakeholders with advanced requests.

• Additionally, you will lead error resolution efforts, regulatory reviews, and risk trend analysis while driving corrective actions and control enhancements.

• This role emphasizes continuous improvement through process engineering, solution design, and partnership with technology and automation teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

• You will also act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor, guiding associates, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to documentation, project execution, and long‑term strategic initiatives.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree and have worked within the investment management industry for 5-7 years.

• You’re a skilled communicator; able to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner. You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.

• You are detail oriented, accurate, dependable and consistent.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.

• You are highly skilled in multitasking while providing personalized service. You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities.

• You’re well-versed in Microsoft Excel; and experience with technologies like CRD, Appian, Microsoft Power Suite is a plus.

• You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and leveraging relationships to navigate changes.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
