PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

In this role, youâll shape the strategy and delivery of critical marketing technology platforms that power how BECU connects with and serves its members. Youâll translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, ensuring platforms like CMS, CRM, DXP, and CDP deliver meaningful outcomes. By balancing vision, prioritization, and execution, youâll help turn complex digital capabilities into cohesive, memberâcentric experiences. Your work will directly influence how products evolve, scale, and create value across the organization. WHAT YOUâLL DO:
- Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Youâll define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products, systems, or applications aligned to a business function, ensuring priorities support BECUâs broader business strategy.
- Strategic Product Recommendations: Youâll provide informed recommendations for products, systems, and applications, grounding decisions in business goals, platform capabilities, and longâterm value creation.
- EndâtoâEnd Product Delivery: Youâll guide the flow of research, concept development, UX design, prioritization, and delivery to ensure platforms are thoughtfully built and continuously improved.
- Release Planning & Prioritization: Youâll be accountable for release goals and priorities across one or more capabilities, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
- Performance Measurement: Youâll monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data to evaluate effectiveness and guide future decisions.
- DataâDriven Storytelling: Youâll present product ideas, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization using clear, compelling data.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Youâll track insights and lessons learned over time and recommend adjustments to the product roadmap as business needs evolve.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Youâll maintain ownership of assigned products and systems throughout their full lifecycle, from concept through optimization.
- Vendor Partnership Support: Youâll support productârelated vendor relationships in close partnership with senior leaders.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Youâll partner with stakeholders across technology, data, digital, and marketing teams to drive alignment and execution.
- MemberâCentered Design: Youâll bring the voice of the member into product design and decisionâmaking to ensure experiences are relevant and impactful.
- Financial Accountability: Youâll be accountable for product financials, budgets, and approved expenses.
- Knowledge Sharing & Documentation: Youâll coordinate information sharing across teams and maintain clear, written procedures for all owned products.
- Additional Contributions: Youâll take on other responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational success.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of product management, product development or product operations or equivalent experience with platform technology.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in agile environment.
- Self-directed and able to identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing highly effective cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation skills.
