PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $173,500.00-$211,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $135,100.00 - $250,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Growth Strategy & Execution:Youâlllead the development and execution of Retail Delivery business development strategies that align with BECUâs long-term strategic plan and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
New Branch Expansion:Youâlldrive new branch growth through market analysis, business case development, and launch execution to support expanding member access.
Market & Opportunity Development:Youâllidentifyemerging markets, member segments, and partnership opportunities, using market intelligence to inform data-driven decisions.
Membership & Revenue Growth:Youâllown membership growth and revenue targets across designated programs in support of retail plans.
Executive Reporting & Influence:Youâllprovide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Financial Partnership:Youâllcollaborate with Finance and Retail leaders to forecast, track, andoptimizebusiness development contributions to organizational KPIs.
Program Leadership:Youâlloversee Workplace Banking, Community Reputation Program (CRB), and Union Banking initiatives to deepen relationships, increase acquisition, and enhance brand visibility.
Events & Brand Presence:Youâlllead planning and execution of grand openings and other high-profile events that strengthen community engagement.
Partnership Management:Youâllmanage and expand affinity partnerships while developing new B2B opportunities aligned with BECUâs mission.
External Representation:Youâllrepresent BECU in executive-level engagements with business, civic, and community leaders.
CrossâFunctionalCollaboration:Youâllpartner with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
Innovation & Exploration:Youâllidentifyand evaluate innovative business models, fintech partnerships, and digital expansion opportunities.
Thought Leadership:Youâllserve as a trusted advisor and thought leader on growth strategy and market positioning.
Operational & Financial Planning:Youâll develop operating plans and budgets, including compensation projections and KPI planning, across all areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
8 years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or financial services.
5 years ofpeopleleaderexperience.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in driving enterprise growth and managing high-impact programs in a large, complex organization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, executive presence, and ability to present at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of credit union operations, regulatory environment, and member-centric service models.
