Responsibility:
⢠Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business
⢠Will require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
⢠He or She serves their customers as a product and industry counselors who support customer organizational objectives regarding farm biosecurity, safety, quality, and operations.
⢠Drive sales process at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training)

Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian science or animal science
⢠At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
⢠Leadership (manage without direct authority)
⢠Strong relationship/trust-building capabilities
⢠Key Account management skills
⢠Project management skills
⢠Ability to work in and across international teams.
⢠Good command of English
