Role Scope and Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Insights
- Lead and deliver complex financial analyses including variance analysis, trend analysis, scenario modelling, business case evaluations and strategic initiatives.
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to support management decisionâmaking.
- Identify key risks and opportunities, recommending mitigating actions and valueâcreation initiatives.
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Own and lead key elements of monthly forecasting, budgeting, and longârange planning cycles for assigned MEA businesses or functions.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and robustness of assumptions, proactively challenging inputs and outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial performance narratives, dashboards, and KPI analyses for regional and senior leadership forums.
Business Partnering
- Act as a lead finance partner to MEA stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and functional teams.
- Support commercial and operational initiatives through profitability analysis, cost optimization, and investment evaluation.
- Influence decisions through strong financial acumen and dataâdriven storytelling, without formal peopleâmanagement responsibility.
Reporting & Governance
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting, in line with internal policies and control frameworks.
- Act as a key point of contact for audit requests, reviews, and issue resolution within scope.
- Drive discipline in documentation, assumptions, and methodologies used across financial analyses.
Process Optimization & Capability Building
- Identify and lead opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance activities.
- Actively contribute to and shape MEA Finance Transformation priorities, bringing best practices and forwardâlooking solutions.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and informal leadership to Financial Analysts and Senior Financial Analyst I roles, acting as a functional role model.

Qualifications & Experience
Education
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience
- 7â10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or controlling.
- Experience working in a matrix, multinational environment; MEA exposure is preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Advanced analytical, criticalâthinking, and problemâsolving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of performance management, financial controls, and business drivers.
- Strong ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and tight timelines in a fastâpaced environment.
