As a Site Account Manager, you will be dedicated to a Global High-Tech customer site, acting as the primary interface between the client and Ecolab/Nalco Water operations.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Site Management
- Act as themain point of contactfor a dedicated customer site.
- Lead and coordinateregular client meetings, operational reviews, and planning sessions.
- Ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction, trust, and long-term relationship stability.
- Manage dayâtoâday communication with the client, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
People & Operations Management
- Coordinate and supportonsite service teams(technicians, operators, internal stakeholders).
- Ensure effectiveplanning, scheduling, and prioritisation of activitiesat site level.
- Lead internal coordination between service, technical, and support functions.
- Drive strong engagement, communication, and collaboration across all parties involved.
Planning, Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Own site-level planning, execution followâup, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure alignment with contractual commitments, safety standards, and operational KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication flows, and service efficiency.
Commercial Support (Secondary)
- Identifyupselling or crossâselling opportunitiesin close collaboration with sales.
- Support commercial initiativeswhen relevant, but without primary sales targets.
- Contribute to contract renewals and longâterm account stability.

- Comfortableleading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and managing expectations.
- Serviceâoriented, reliable, and focused on longâterm partnerships.
- Structured, organised, and confident managing complex operational environments.
- Commercial awareness is a plus, butnot the core of the role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience inaccount management, site management, operations coordination, or service managementroles.
- Proven exposure toclient-facing environments, ideally in industrial, highâtech, or siteâbased operations.
- Strongpeople and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in water treatment, industrial services, or technical environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to beregularly present onsite.
- Preferably based near Mons area or willing to relocate/commute.
