We are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team.
Develop and implement the sales strategy
Lead and manage the sales team
Ensure achievement of sales targets
Analyze the system integration market and key competitors
Maintain and optimize the client database
Analyze the sales funnel and conversion rates to improve performance
Participate in negotiations with key clients
Contribute to employee evaluation and development planning
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
Work with CRM systems
3–5+ years of management experience (preferably in system integration)
Proven experience in B2B/B2G sales with enterprise clients
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services sales
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while ensuring targets are met
Self-driven and well-organized, with a strong results-oriented mindset
High level of responsibility and ownership
Strong personal integrity and goal orientation
Possibility of reservation (the company has critical infrastructure status)
Working schedule: 09:00–18:00, Friday until 17:00; weekends off
