Omnidian is hiring a Vice President, Legal to serve as a key advisor to the executive team and help shape the company’s legal strategy as it scales. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead a broad range of legal matters across commercial transactions, corporate initiatives, and business operations.
The role will own and oversee complex commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor arrangements, while building and refining contract templates and playbooks to support a growing business. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance that aligns with business objectives and enables efficient execution.
In addition, this position will support corporate matters, compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and equity-related programs, contributing to strategic initiatives as the company expands into new markets. Legal will operate as a direct partner to the business—balancing risk with speed and helping drive thoughtful, scalable growth.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience in commercial transactions, strong business judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are comfortable owning complex issues end-to-end, advising senior stakeholders, and building systems that support long-term scale.
