Headway is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support its payer contracting strategy and help scale partnerships with leading health plans. This role serves as a key legal partner to the payer team, structuring and negotiating agreements that enable the company’s network and platform to operate effectively within the healthcare ecosystem.
The position will lead negotiations of health plan agreements, advise on regulatory and contractual considerations, and align legal frameworks with business objectives. The role also focuses on building systems and processes that support efficient deal execution and long-term scalability as the company continues to expand its payer relationships.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and outside counsel, the attorney will help shape innovative partnership structures while managing risk in a complex, highly regulated environment.
