In this role, the attorney will work closely with internal deal teams and external stakeholders to structure and execute secondary equity transactions involving venture-backed companies and their shareholders.
The position plays a key role in reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation, advising on securities considerations, and ensuring transactions are structured in alignment with regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
