Focus, Scope, & Impact:
As an individual contributor, you will be operationalizing the IMX Design & Creative Excellence model in-market by translating OU standards and systems into high-quality, performance-ready brand experiences across physicaldigital, and retail commerce touchpoints.This role is theexecution enginefor design under IMXâensuring visual identity, packaging, VIS, and creative assets are delivered with speed, consistency, quality, and measurable business impact.
Deliver distinctive, consistent, and performance-led brand experiences by executing and scaling OU design systems, governance, and ways of working in-market.
Deploy and localize theOU Design & Creative Excellenceoperatingmodel, ensuring adherence to standards, workflows, and governance across visual identity, packaging, VIS, digital assets, and artwork production, in compliance with brand safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Lead execution ofdesign excellence standardsacross packaging, VIS, and in-market brand assets, ensuring brand integrity and craft across all touchpoints.
Develop and adaptvisual identity systems and packaging solutionsfor localbrands, ensuring relevance, modularity, and scalability across SKUs and channels.
Apply design systems acrossend-to-end consumer and shopper journeys, connecting brand experience across online and offline environments.
Execute thecreative & designmodellocallyâfrom brief to production, adaptation, activation, real-time optimization, and learningâaligned to OU frameworks.
Leveragedata, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflowsto improve speed-to-market, accuracy, and creative effectiveness.
Managebudgets, agency rosters, pricing benchmarks, andutilization, ensuring cost discipline and value realization.
Lead and managedesign and production agencies, ensuring quality, compliance, speed, and value delivery.
Partner with IMX, Creative, Media, Studio X, and Commercial teams to ensure design isperformance-ready and activation-led.
Ensure disciplined endâtoâend P2P process management across investments, enablingtimelyexecution, financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Prepare design performance dashboards and learning insights for market and OU reviews.
Drive capability uplift across internal teams and agencies by embedding OU principles, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption and continuous improvement in design and creative execution.

Experience & Critical RequirementsÂ
8+ yearsâ experience across design, brand systems, packaging, VIS, digital assets, and artwork production, in agency and/or in-house environments.
Strongexpertisein visual identity systems, packaging design, retail VIS, and asset adaptation across multiple SKUs and channels.
Proven experience executing enterprise design standards and operating models within matrix organizations.
Track recordof managing budgets, pricing benchmarks,utilization, and agency rosters with strong cost and value discipline.
Hands-on experience working with design and production agencies, managing quality, timelines, and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to use data, digital tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and creative effectiveness.
Experience collaborating acrossdifferent teamsto deliver performance-ready assets.
Strong operational mindset with ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
Passion for design craft, brand building, and continuous improvement.
