TheDirectorAtHome (AH)is the enterprise leader responsible for accelerating and transforming the AtHome business across the market through a unified, insight-driven, and executionfocused system agenda. The role owns the end-to-end At-Home strategy and partners withthe bottlerand crossfunctional teams to deliver 360Integrated ActivationacrossAH Channels& Key Customers.
A core mandate of this role is leadingcommercial execution excellence,acceleratingsystemcapabilitiestopredictive,insightled, andvaluedriven modelsthat improve availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance. The Director is fully accountable forowningAtHome channel system performance, jointly defining and monitoring KPIs and driving mitigation and acceleration actions to meet system BP volume, revenue, and share targets.
The role integratesdata, analytics, and AIacross planning, forecasting, promotion, and instore activationâenabling a modern, scalable, and futureready operating model that unlocks sustainable growth across all AtHome channels.
What you will do for us
LeadAtHome Strategy, 360IA & System Alignment
Lead the creation ofAnnual Business Plan andlong-rangeAtHome strategies, translating them into integrated360 Integrated Activation (360IA)execution roadmaps that span portfolio, RGM, media, omnichannel activation, digital shelf, and in-store execution.Â
Leadhighimpact strategic initiatives, including360 integrated activation, category development, omni-channel execution, digital shelf, and data driven customer planningtailored to Grocery, Discounters, andkey customers.
Act as the senior system orchestrator, aligning GM, Marketing, RGM, Finance, Digital,bottler, and key retailers behind a unified AtHome growth
DriveAtHome Commercial Execution Excellence
Lead commercial execution excellencefor the AtHome business in the market, shifting execution topredictive, insightled, and valuedriven approachesthat grow availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance.Â

OwnAtHome Channel Performance & System KPIs
Own system AtHome channel performance, jointly setting and monitoring KPIs and leading mitigation and acceleration initiatives to deliver Business Plan volume, revenue, and share targets.Â
Govern AtHome performance routines to ensure they are insightdriven, futurefocused, and actionoriented, rather than reporting-led.
Maintain a predictive, datadriven view of competitive, retail, and regulatory dynamics to proactively shape system responses and protect performance
Lead Data, Digital &AIEnabled Transformation
Lead the data, digital, and AI transformation of the AtHome business, embedding predictive insights into pricing, promotion, demand forecasting, assortment, and digital shelf execution to modernize planning and execution.Â
Leverage advanced analytics and AI toidentifyincremental revenue, profit, and conversion opportunities across brands, packs, shoppers, occasions, and price tiers.Â
Champion a testâlearnâscaleoperatingmodel, accelerating the adoption of digital tools and analytics across the entire Companyâbottler At Home system
Experience & Capabilities
Strong AtHome and retail channelexpertise, withdeepunderstanding of customer needs, retailer dynamics, and execution levers acrossAH Channels and customers.
Robust commercial, RGM, and financial skills, with experience applying priceâpack architecture, financial modelling, and scenario planning to drive profitable, insightâled decisions.
Proven leadership in dataâ, digitalâand AIâenabled transformation, embedding predictive analytics and digital tools into AtHome planning, execution, and performance management.
Demonstrated system leadership, influencing senior stakeholders across Company, bottler, and customer organizations to drive integrated endâtoâend execution.
Strategic and executionâfocused leader, skilled at translating strategy into disciplined, highâquality inâmarket delivery.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, withstrongexecutive presence.
Inâmarket experience preferred; franchise system or matrix leadership experienceisbeneficial
