The Role:âŻâŻâŻÂ
The Wholesale/B2B Lead reports to FC Supervisor with responsibilities in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns and/or inventory control. Leads the team in executing job functions correctly, meeting performance and accuracy requirements and removing obstacles. Leads set the pace for the work, actively working with each team member to achieve individual and team success.âŻâŻÂ
What Youâll Do:âŻÂ
Leads employees in the receiving of product per Jazz and customer-specific SOPs and the putting away of product into reserve and drop zones locations.Â
Leads replenishment teams in the pulling and stocking of product into Active locations in quantities required by Jazz replenishment tasksâŻÂ
Runs kitting teams in re-labeling, re-working and in the assembling of product for receiptâŻâŻÂ
Processes returns per client requirementsâŻÂ
Meets performance and quality requirementsâŻÂ
Works in conjunction with management team to foster a team environment and help with ensuring the overall success of Cart.com.âŻÂ
Arrives before the shiftâs start time to prep for the distribution of the workloadâŻâŻÂ
Trains and supervises the employees on the shipping teamâŻÂ
Ensures all break and lunch periods are taken at the prescribed timesâŻÂ
Ensures all employees punch in and out at the prescribed timesâŻÂ
Monitors employees to ensure they are performing their duties as required.âŻÂ
Ensures all company house rules, safety practices, sanitation practices and company ethics are always followedâŻÂ
Who You Are:âŻÂ
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
Thorough knowledge of packing and shipping proceduresÂ
Proficiency in warehouse management systemsÂ
Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Effectively motivate and manage a teamÂ
Able to lift 35 poundsÂ
Strong math skills â addition, subtractor, division, and multiplicationÂ
Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes, and product codesÂ
Attention to detail

What Youâve Done:âŻÂ
6+ Months Warehouse Lead Experience
Understand and know retail, routing different portals, TMS knowledge, guides and 5S Systems
Working with different retailers and WMS Systems (Manhattan/SAP)Â
Physical Demands & Working Conditions: âŻâŻÂ
Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).Â
Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)Â
Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of timeÂ
Able to work overtimeÂ
Periodic exposure to heavy machinery/equipment and changing environmental conditionsÂ
