As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow at New Story Schools, you’ll begin your professional journey helping students strengthen communication, social, and language skills that open doors to learning and independence. Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering therapy, collaborating with educators, and building the foundation for a successful and rewarding career in speech-language pathology.
What You'll Need
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship and Pennsylvania state licensure
Strong communication and documentation skills
Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered service delivery
Passion for working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
What You'll Do
Provide speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP
Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations to identify student needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Participate in mentorship, supervision, and ongoing professional development throughout your fellowship
