B2C SaaS · Remote (Europe) · Full-time
Our client is a digital product company and startup accelerator building and scaling high-traffic SaaS and B2C products used by millions of users globally.
They are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of a high-traffic document management product (PDF tools domain) with an established user base.

Work with key metrics such as conversion rate, activation, retention, LTV
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data, user behavior, and market insights
Translate business goals into clear, outcome-driven product initiatives
Own and manage the product backlog with a focus on measurable impact, not output
Collaborate closely with design and engineering from concept to release
Continuously improve UX, flows, and usability based on real user behavior and data

Strong product mindset with focus on user value and measurable outcomes
Ability to make decisions based on data + qualitative insights
Experience working closely with design and engineering teams
Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment
Pragmatic approach to Agile (focused on outcomes, not processes)
Nice to have
Experience with document management
Background in SEO-driven or high-volume consumer products
Experience in growth-focused or product-led environments

Long-term, full-time engagement
Fully remote setup (Europe)

22 days of paid leave annually
Opportunity to work on a product with millions of users worldwide
