About the role
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure every worker has a path to financial independence. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Revenue and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
We move at 24,791 mph. This is a support-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on organization, meticulous detail, and high-velocity execution. You will act as the "navigator," managing the administrative workflows and logistics that allow our revenue engine to scale. From orchestrating the new hire experience to providing critical data and tools support, you will gain an insider’s view into how a world-class revenue team operates. If you have a "no task too small" attitude and a bias toward action, you will fit right in.

About the team
The Operations Excellence team is the high-integrity backbone of our revenue organization, dedicated to "zero-error" execution and scaling our most vital internal workflows. We act as the essential bridge between strategy and execution by managing the critical infrastructure that keeps our teams moving at high velocity. This includes overseeing rigorous compliance monitoring, maintaining technical knowledge governance, and orchestrating the end-to-end logistics for our Go-To-Market team—from flawlessly onboarding new hires and managing field assets to ensuring every team member has the branded tools and resources they need to win. By removing operational friction and handling the complexities of rapid growth, we ensure our revenue engine remains equipped, compliant, and ready for our next phase of scale
