We are a recruiting firm partnering with a U.S.-based software company to hire a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling experience focused on marketing spend, customer acquisition, and funnel economics.
This is a hands-on modeling role. You will be building financial models that connect marketing investment to customer growth and revenue outcomes.
Your work will contribute to training advanced AI systems to understand how finance professionals model customer acquisition, conversion, and growth efficiency in real-world scenarios.
Build and analyze marketing spend and funnel models from scratch
Model customer acquisition funnels (impressions β clicks β leads β conversions)
Develop CAC, payback, and growth efficiency models
Translate conversion rates and channel assumptions into revenue outcomes
Analyze trade-offs between spend, growth, and profitability
Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, channel mix)
Clearly explain model structure, assumptions, and financial logic
2β8 years of experience in:
Strategic Finance / FP&A (growth-focused)
Corporate Finance (with marketing or growth modeling exposure)
Investment Banking / Private Equity (with operating model exposure)
Proven ability to build growth or marketing-driven financial models from scratch
Strong understanding of:
CAC and payback modeling
Funnel conversion dynamics
Growth vs profitability trade-offs
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills
High attention to detail and analytical rigor
Experience working with U.S. GAAP (preferred but not required)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
