Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Analyst (ARGUS + Excel)

We are hiring a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to support a US based real estate investment and development firm focused on office, mixed use, and urban assets.
This role is focused on deal underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis across institutional quality real estate transactions.
What You’ll Do
Underwrite commercial real estate deals including office, mixed use, and urban infill assets
Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel for acquisitions and development projects
Use ARGUS Enterprise to analyze property level cash flows and valuations
Support development underwriting including assumptions around lease up, capex, and timelines
Perform debt analysis including DSCR, loan sizing, and capital structure evaluation
Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and market data
Prepare investment memos and underwriting summaries for internal decision making
Work closely with a US based team on active deals
What We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting or investment analysis
Strong experience with office, mixed use, or institutional CRE assets
Experience with ARGUS Enterprise preferred (strong Excel modeling required)
Experience supporting acquisitions or development underwriting
Exposure to debt underwriting (DSCR, loan sizing)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Fluent in English

Debt underwriting experience is required
