The DCX Client Services -Home-Based Order Entry and Sales Support Specialist will handle all aspects of the order entry and order management operation to ensure that client orders and production schedules are aligned to meet delivery dates and to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers by taking ownership of customer inquiries. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Enter and process sales orders accurately in NetSuite
Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and production readiness
Validate product details, decoration methods, and quantities
Communicate with internal team members (sales, production,
customer service) to resolve order questions quickly
Maintain clean, organized documentation within NetSuite
Create and manage quotes for apparel and promotional products Source products using tools like SAGE and Merch.ai
Apply pricing logic based on margin targets and volume tiers
Support sales team with timely, accurate quote turnaround
Create virtual proofs/mockups for customer approvals
Edit and adjust artwork files (logos, placements, sizing, colorways)
Ensure artwork is production-ready and aligned with brand standards
Collaborate with decorators and vendors to confirm feasibility
Own the workflow from quote → order entry → proof → production readiness
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Must-Have:
Strong attention to detail (this is non-negotiable)
Experience with order entry, data processing, or administrative workflows
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Clear and proactive communication skills
Highly Preferred:
NetSuite experience (or similar ERP systems) •
Experience in apparel, promotional products, or print/decoration industry
Familiarity with SAGE or product sourcing tools •
Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
Ability to create or edit artwork for mockups/virtual proofs
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 37,500
