Job Description
The聽DCX Client Services - Home Based AP/AR Accounting Assistant聽will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
This role will start as a聽3-month contingent contract, with the possibility of being partnered with our clients in the United States. If selected by the client, the employee will then undergo a聽6-month probationary period聽leading to a potential full-time position.

Post-secondary degree or certificate related to accounting聽
Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)聽
Role Details

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST聽
Work Days: Monday through Friday聽
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Salary Range:聽27,000 - 35,000
Job Responsibilities
Accounts Payable聽
Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks聽
Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow
Accounts Receivable聽
Invoice all clients upon order completion聽
Make collection contacts on a routine basis聽
Issue past-due notices and statements聽
Royalty entry and submissions聽
Assist with year-end financial statements聽
Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions聽
Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team聽
Qualifications:
Related bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience of accounting experience
Very proficient with Excel
Has a growth mindset, there will be continual ongoing training
Has love for business development and working with numbers
Has the ability to perform clerical functions to support supervisors, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems
