What you will do:
Write production code across the full stack including Ruby on Rails, PHP (Symfony), Vue.js/TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.
Lead a product triad alongside a Product Owner and Designer, owning technical delivery and architectural decisions for your team's domain.
Mentor and develop three direct reports through regular pair-programming, code reviews, and career growth planning.
The ideal candidate:
Extensive professional experience in object-oriented development, particularly with backgrounds in Ruby, Java, or C#.
Proven track record of leading technical delivery and managing the technical risks of long-lived, scalable SaaS systems.
Strong product engineering mindset with a focus on observability, CI/CD pipelines, and designing for long-term maintainability.
