Job Description Summary:
The Manager, Customer Marketing â Immediate Consumption leads channel strategy and execution frameworks across convenience, forecourt, campus, and high-traffic urban outlets across GCM.Â
This role owns velocity growth strategy, cold availability standards, and asset productivity frameworks, driving measurable performance improvement across Chinaâs dense retail network.Â

What Youâll Do for UsÂ
Define Impulse & Velocity StrategyÂ
Develop long-range growth strategy for immediate consumption occasionsÂ
Establish cooler placement, visibility, and asset productivity standardsÂ
Lead seasonal and event-driven activation strategy to maximize impulse captureÂ
Drive Operational & Commercial ExcellenceÂ
Partner with Bottlers to elevate execution discipline and outlet-level performanceÂ
Define KPIs for velocity, cold availability, share of space, and outlet penetrationÂ
Influence asset deployment and investment prioritizationÂ
Identify structural gaps and implement scalable corrective solutionsÂ
Integrate National Campaigns to Outlet LevelÂ
Ensure brand campaigns translate into high-impact in-store executionÂ
Provide field insights to inform portfolio and activation strategyÂ
Perform other jobârelated duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamicsÂ
Qualifications & RequirementsÂ
RequiredÂ
Bachelorâs degree requiredÂ
3â8 years experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or route-to-market leadershipÂ
Strong understanding of China high-density retail environmentsÂ
Demonstrated operational rigor and execution excellenceÂ
Experience influencing cross-system stakeholdersÂ
PreferredÂ
FMCG beverage experienceÂ
