We are seeking a Director, Customer Development, Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay, responsible for shaping, steering, and governing the long-term customer strategy across these markets, ensuring the Coca-Cola System (KO + Bottlers) operates with a unified, insightsâback and customerâback agenda. This role is pivotal in driving category growth, portfolio value creation, and sustainable revenue expansion across the region.
What You'll Do for Us
A. Customer Strategy &LongTermSystem Alignment
Shape and govern thelongtermcustomer strategy and investment priorities forChile, Bolivia & Paraguay
Ensure full alignment between KO, bottlers, Franchise and Country GMs.Â
Lead theCustomer Recruitment Agenda, including strategic identification, prioritization, and leadership of allRFP processes.
B. Portfolio, OBPPC & Category Architecture
Design andoptimizeOBPPC architecture to maximize recruitment, incidence and competitive position across channels and customer segments.Â
Define pack roles, price ladders, assortmentstrategyand innovation alignment.Â
Governcustomerrelevantcategory bundles, valuepropositionsand category growth pathways.

C. Strategic Customer Engagement & Joint Value Creation
Build and sustainseniorlevelcustomer engagement, focusing onlongtermgrowth platforms and category development.Â
Provide strategic oversight (not operational management) of Joint Business Planning, ensuring alignment with economic and category priorities.
D. RGM Integration & Commercial Governance
Integrate RGM 2.0 principles into customer strategy, including revenue pools, promo effectiveness, price/mix, and pack architecture.Â
Leverage system and customer economics to guide strategicdecisionmakingthrough advanced analytics.Â
E. System Leadership & Capability Development
Shape system capabilities (KO + bottlers)requiredto executecustomer,categoryand RGM strategies.Â
Ensure adoption ofcustomerrelevantframeworks (OBPPC, TTC, POS excellence).Â
KPI's & Success Metrics
NSR growth and price/mix realization.Â
Gross Margin and Operating Income expansion.Â
Market and category share gains by channel.
OBPPC penetration and architecture health.Â
Promo ROI and investment effectiveness.Â
JBP compliance and senior customer satisfaction.
System capability adoption across bottlers.Â
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Economics,Engineeringor related fields;MBA preferred. Â
10+ yearsof experience in customer, category, commercialstrategyor RGM roles. Â
Mastery in system planning, channel/shopper marketing, customer management/CatMan, RGM, OBPPC and system/customer economics.Â
Strong influencing,negotiationandcrosssystemleadership skills.Â
Highproficiencyininsightstoactionframeworks, financialmodelingand advanced analytics.Â
Bilingual Spanish/English.Â
