Turnpack/equipmentinnovation into a growth engine bysupporting the Innovation Hubleadto strengthening capabilities and present –forward pack/equipment pipeline readiness and excellence  

• Partner with (Customer and Commercial Leadership)CCL, RGM (Revenue Growth Management).category,XF (Cross-functional), R&Dand global innovation teamstoturn innovation into amassive andrepeatable growth engine across packaging, and equipmentfor all our categories. 

• Accelerate proven/ validated/present-forward pack, and equipmentsolutions ensuringreadinessfor the markets.

• Incubate andintervene with ready-nowinnovativesolutions that can createimmediate marketimpact.
