Onsite:
This position is open to applicants or individuals whoarelocatedinoraround Temecula CA and able to work 1st shift scheduled 8AM-4PM with flexibility for longer hours basedoff ofbusiness and peak needs.
The Role:
TheFulfillment Center Clerkis an onsiterole that combines clerical and operational responsibilities to support the daily functions of the fulfillment center. This positionsupportsshipping operations,inventoryand reporting tasks, and ensures compliance with client-specific and company-wide standards. The Clerk plays a key role inmaintainingworkflow efficiency, safety, and team coordination across multiple clients and departments.
What You’ll Do:
• Ensure compliance with client-specific pack-out and routing guide requirements
• Oversee fulfillment operations for multiple clients on multi-station pack-out lines
• Manage daily clerical reports and track non-merchandise inventory
• Notify supervisors of operational issues and maintain safety protocols
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Assist in other departments as needed

WhatYou’veDone:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
•Proficiencyin warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
•Demonstratedability to manage reports, inventory, and team performance
Nice to Haves:
•Previousexperience in a fulfillment orclericalrole
• Experiencesupportingmulti-client operations
• Bilingual communication skills
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to50lbs
• Able tomaintainfocus and attention to detail throughout the shift
• Able to work overtime and in warehouse conditions (dust, noise, machinery, etc.)
