PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. The Tech Business Operations Partneris responsible forsupporting diverse business management functions at the department or line of business level within the Technology division. This position will act as a strategic partner to aligned senior leader(s) in the areas of organizational rhythm of business, action tracking and management, executive communications and storytelling, program/project management, and other business management/ executive office functions. QUALIFICATIONS:Ā Ā
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorās degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least10 years of experience in roles such as executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.
Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, withproficiencyin presentation software and data analysis tools.
