Oregon Advanced Packaging (ORAP) is looking for a highly energetic and innovative Module Development Engineer, who has a strong technical background to drive for the best equipment performance and product quality in a safe and cost-effective manner. This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Education: MS Degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field.
