About the Position:
The Business Development Manageris responsible foridentifyingand pursuing new businessÂ
opportunities, building new client relationships, and expanding the Strategic Business UnitâsÂ
(SBU) market presence by securing new accounts and driving revenue growth through strategicÂ
initiatives.

WhatYouâllDo:
Solicit, recruit, and evaluate potential new business focused on the long-term goals of the SBU.
Act asliaisonbetween the SBU, the client facilityâs staff, and the internal team responsible for the implementation and ongoing service of a client facility.
Maintainsclient contacts lists, networks, and active conversations throughout the SBU-relatedindustry, both in person and remote, to place the SBU in a position toparticipatein all desired business and opportunities.
Identifyand follow-up on potential new business and the successful pricing, negotiation of terms, negotiation of contracts and closing of accounts determined to beadvantageousto the SBU.
Develop andmaintainrelationships with new accounts and existing accounts; sell and build rapport with the executive team, including Vice Presidents and C-Level Executives.
Create an effective process and information flow between the business development team and other departments.
Identifyand secure new business/network & increase penetration and sales within existing accounts.Â
Monitor market conditions and activities of competitive firms to ensure competitive pricing and provide feedback to managementregardingmarket opportunities.Â
Work with departmental leaders to bring creative solutions to prospective clients and build the businessesâ client list.
Develop and implement strategic plans to accommodate division and company goals.
WhatYouâllBring:
Three years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/orconsulting services.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functionsand understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, andjobâsimpact to the organization.
Work independently, see businessneedsand proactivelyaccomplishthem for the betterment of their team and the organization.Â
