The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 220 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
Earned 145k+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
Been ranked as one of Europe’s most promising privately held SaaS startups (4th in Sifted’s 2025 B2B SaaS Rising 100)
Raised $240m to date, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our recent $180m Series C - bringing us to a $2.5bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
As a Senior OEM Technical Success Manager, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for n8n’s Embed and OEM customers - companies that integrate n8n directly into their own products and platforms.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and business strategy. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and technical leadership at partner organizations to ensure n8n is successfully embedded, scaled, and maintained inside their applications.
You will guide partners through architecture decisions, integration patterns, and implementation best practices, while also helping them optimize commercial models, licensing structures, and long-term product strategy around their embedded use of n8n.
This role requires both technical depth and business acumen. You must be comfortable working directly with engineers on implementation details (APIs, backend hooks, workflows, infrastructure, and upgrades) while also advising leadership on ROI, licensing structures, and contract evolution as their product and business models scale.
In close collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Sales, you will ensure partners can confidently build, operate, and grow their embedded n8n deployments while delivering measurable value to their end users.
Own technical relationships with OEM / Embed partners; Serve as the primary post-sales technical partner for embed and strategic OEM customers, supporting them across onboarding, architecture design, product integration, scaling, and upgrades.
Guide implementation and architecture decisions; Advise partners on best practices for embedding n8n into their products, including:
API integration patterns
backend hooks and event triggers
authentication and access management
workflow execution models
multi-tenant architecture considerations
system communication patterns between n8n and partner applications
Work directly with engineering teams; Collaborate directly with partner engineers to solve implementation challenges, debug integration issues, and ensure production-ready deployments. You will regularly engage in conversations around:
APIs and webhooks
JavaScript and TypeScript workflow development
Infrastructure and scaling decisions
Upgrade strategies and version management
System architecture tradeoffs
Advise on product integration strategy; Help partners determine how n8n should be exposed inside their product, including:
Embedding approaches
User experience considerations
Automation capabilities exposed to end users
Security and governance implications
Support long-term platform evolution; Guide partners through upgrades, version changes, and architectural evolution, ensuring the embedded n8n platform remains reliable as their product scales.
Navigate licensing and commercial models; Act as a trusted advisor on OEM licensing structures, helping partners understand how their product growth and usage patterns interact with n8n licensing. You will help identify when:
A contract migration may better align with the partner’s product strategy
Usage models should evolve as adoption grows
Pricing structures could unlock new product capabilities
Communicate business value and ROI. Translate technical implementations into clear business outcomes, helping partners quantify:
Operational efficiency gained through automation
Product value created through embedded workflows
Revenue or differentiation driven by n8n capabilities
Run a structured partner operating cadence. Maintain strong engagement through architecture reviews, technical health checks, roadmap syncs, and executive business reviews, ensuring alignment between partner goals and n8n capabilities.
Represent partner needs internally. Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on real-world embed use cases, helping shape the roadmap for OEM capabilities.
💻Strong technical foundation. You are comfortable working directly with engineers and understand modern software architecture. You have experience with:
APIs and integration patterns
backend systems and event-driven architectures
webhooks and system communication patterns
JavaScript and TypeScript
debugging integration issues across multiple systems
💼Experience with embedded platforms or developer tools. You’ve supported products where one platform is embedded inside another application, or worked with developer platforms, APIs, or integration tooling.
🚀Architecture and implementation expertise. You can help partners make informed decisions around:
how two systems communicate
multi-tenant architecture
upgrade strategies
system reliability and scaling
workflow orchestration design
🤖 AI and automation literacy. You have a strong understanding of automation systems and modern AI concepts, including how workflows can orchestrate AI capabilities across systems.
Experience working with AI-driven workflows or agentic automation is highly valuable.
🤝 Business and commercial acumen. You understand that OEM partnerships involve business model alignment, not just technical implementation. You can:
understand a partner’s product strategy
reason about licensing structures a
