Role Overview
Cboe is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide legal support to Cboeās import/export strategy and global business expansion efforts in non-US jurisdictions across the globe. Ā This position will work collaboratively and creatively with internal business clients, other members of the Cboe Legal Division and outside counsel to help ensure all non-US sales and marketing activities are conducted appropriately and compliantly as Cboe continues expanding into new markets, or introducing new products to existing markets, in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and marketāinformed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $172,975-$223,850, with actual compensation determined by jobārelated factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
