The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Merchandiser serves as an operational partner to the Lead Merchandiser, ensuring product information, costing, and setup details are accurate and complete while following established processes and Preferred Supplier Agreements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Product Presentations:

• Suggest items based on customer requests, adhering to their brand guidelines and culture. Most common types of requests:

• Custom projects

• Program adds for the website

• Campaigns (e.g., Mother’s Day, Employee Appreciation Day, company anniversary)

• Regularly provide a program refresh and suggestions based on new trends and seasonal changes.

• Ensure all presentations include items with proper stock levels and accurate customer pricing

Quoting:

• Regularly update pricing on program items to reflect current market conditions and costs, sending changes to the Account Manager.

• Provide new pricing upon request, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

• Ensure all vendor costs, including decoration, shipping, and miscellaneous fees, are incorporated into pricing.

New Program Launches:

• Source potential customers’ existing items using their provided Request for Pricing (RFP).

• An RFP is a customer-provided list of all current program items used with their current supplier, including inventory information, pricing, and quantities.

• Match or offer more competitive pricing compared to the customer’s current prices to secure new business.

• Create comprehensive new product presentations featuring a wide assortment of suggested new apparel, promotional goods, and signage.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.  

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, retail merchandising, or product sourcing.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal. 

• Industry-Specific Knowledge:

  • Experience with industry platforms such as **ESP+ by ASI, SAGE (Promotional Product Software) preferred

  • Knowledge of retail brands, promotional product suppliers, decoration methods, and production processes.

  • Experience supporting clients, brand programs, or corporate merchandise strategies

  • Understanding of decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, laser engraving, etc.)

  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for product recommendations

  • Supplier and sourcing expertise

  • Creative merchandising and storytelling

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Salary Range: Php 50,000 - Php 55,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA) 

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
