About the role
Q4 seeks a Senior Product Operations Manager to enable continued growth by leveling up our systems, processes and tools across the Product organization. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to help shape the growth of product operations and influence how Q4 scales as an organization through a product led approach.
What you'll do
- Manage and drive continuous improvements of the systems, processes, tools and reporting that enables effective discovery, delivery and maintenance of Q4’s world class product portfolio
- Work with R&D and cross-functional leaders to establish visibility into what teams are working on, how they are performing against customer and business impact, timelines, risks and dependencies
- Own the product rituals for cross-functional alignment, accountability and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in CX, Finance, Sales & Marketing to disseminate insights leading to data-informed product development
- Conduct analysis and internal communication of key product, financial, customer and operational metrics to provide leadership team with a 360 view of our product health
- Improve team performance and operation through establishing and training teams on best practices
- Utilize data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools to back project recommendations with quantitative evidence
Qualifications
- 5+ plus years experience working in high-performance software development teams
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, go-to-market or project management
- Advanced communication, influencing, relationship and team building skills
- Experience implementing minimum viable processes and influencing team behaviours to improve team productivity
- Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver impact in ambiguous environments, navigate through complexity and manage change
- Strong skills in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Working knowledge of product management, analytics, CRM and BI tools (e.g., Jira, Pendo Analytics, Salesforce, Metabase)
- Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to assist with improving and streamlining daily workflows.
Compensation & Pay Transparency: The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is dependent on the candidate’s primary work location. Final compensation is determined by a candidate's unique skills, experience, and internal equity.
- Canada: $115,000 – $135,000 CAD
