Student Administrator
Location: Grafton, Auckland
Full-time | Permanent | On-site
As a Student Administrator, you will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service and delivering an exceptional student experience by ensuring that all student enrolments are processed both accurately and efficiently with a student-centric approach to all subsequent tasks. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and the Administrative Team Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Student Enrolment processing - ensuring paperwork is completed and compliant with TEC rules and policies; Complete Studylink VOS; Ensure CRM process is completed
- Fee Collection Management โ Public Trust accounts are created and up to date ; Manage student fees in a timely manner
- Team Collaboration โ work with wider sales team ensuring support where needed
- General administration & Customer Support. You will be assisting Domestic students with tuition applications and enquiries, and International students with a diverse range of needs
- Compliance & Documentation โ Maintain accurate records; Issue confirmation letters and invoices accurately
