As Technical Sales Manager for Line Solutions youâll orchestrate contributions from Syntegon sites to deliver endâtoâend projects that delight customers. This highly visible, strategic role focuses on longâterm project sales, close customer relationships and strong crossâfunctional coordination, requires significant experience in international sales (10â15 years).
Your responsibility
You will own the commercial and technical positioning of our Line Solutions portfolio and act as the primary link between regional sales, production sites and customers to secure highâquality, turnkey solutions.
- Develop and grow sales for Syntegonâs seamless line solutions across multiple sites.
- Serve as the main contact for regional sales, production and customers to support the LeadâtoâOrder process.
- Translate customer needs into orchestrated, endâtoâend solutions that combine site knowâhow and equipment.
- Build application and market knowledge to improve hit rates and reduce project risk.
- Promote innovations and sales tools to standardize best practice and empower frontâline teams.
Your tasks
Youâll lead the commercial phases of line projects, provide onâsite and regional support, and shape goâtoâmarket positioning to maximize success.
- Act as a reliable technical and commercial partner for production sites, sales offices and customers on line projects.
- Drive global line project sales to achieve targets and manage program risks.
- Guide regional sales toward ideal opportunities (the âsweet spotsâ) to improve conversion.
- Define goâtoâmarket strategy and product positioning for the existing machine portfolio.
- Initiate and lead development of practical sales tools, playbooks and application innovations.
