EU Sales Engineer

PRIMARY DUTIES（主要职责）:

• Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts
• 完成所负责客户的各项销售目标，包括订单和销售额。
• Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met
• 能够管理客户日常的需求和关系。
• Develop and execute account plan for key customers
• 制定和实施关键客户的客户计划，并定期汇报。
• Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date.
• 有效使用SAP管理查询自己的订单，及时真实维护更新 C4C日常数据包括但不限于机会\客户信息\预算等。
• Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries, including preparation of quotations and establishment of pricing levels.
• 能够直接处理客户的直接需求和销售活动，包括报价，合同签订等。
• Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and monthly or weekly reports, in order to be in line with financial purposes & reviews.
• 能够制定销售的预算，预测，月度或每周报告，并提供满足财务各项要求的数据。
• Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers.
• 能够为客户提供日常的技术支持和培训。
• Identify new market opportunities; develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers/clients within region
• 能够发现和锁定所负责客户的新销售机会，并将机会转化为订单和销售。
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relate industry, available products and competitor activities within region
• 能够在日常的销售活动中，积累相关的市场信息，竞争信息，产品信息，为区域销售策略的实施作为基础。
• Comply business ethical policy, all EHS requirement.
• 能够遵守公司的商业道德规范，EHS各项要求。
• Other duties as assigned.
