We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join our team and help drive the continued evolution of our product suite. You鈥檒l be part of a group building innovative, AI-powered products that aim to transform recruiting as an industry and as a function.
This role offers the opportunity to work on products used at scale by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide. It requires solid product management fundamentals, strong collaboration skills, and a user-first mindset. While deep specialization in AI is not required, curiosity and exposure to modern AI capabilities - including generative AI and intelligent automation - will help you succeed as these technologies increasingly shape our roadmap.
As a B2B SaaS company, product ownership also includes thinking holistically about enablement, customer communication, and go-to-market readiness. You鈥檒l work closely with product marketing, engineering, design, and commercial teams to help visualize how recruiting workflows are evolving and how our products can lead that change.
