What you'll be doing:
Opportunity & Tender Strategy
- Lead full-cycle national tender activity鈥攊dentification, strategy, shaping, and submission.
- Develop compelling win strategies in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Commercial and SMEs.
- Analyse customer intelligence to position us ahead of market needs.
- Pinpoint commercial growth opportunities within frameworks, procurement cycles, and strategic accounts.
Deliver Winning Submissions
- Own tender timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, and high-quality deliverables.
- Produce persuasive narrative content that differentiates our offering.
- Coordinate input across operational, technical, risk, fire, and security teams.
- Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant, aligned, and visually consistent.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Strength
- Drive new revenue through targeted, high-value national tender opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial teams on pricing models, commercial viability, and risk controls.
- Influence solution design to ensure practical, scalable, and commercially robust offerings.
- Work closely with Business Leadership to prioritise national opportunities.
Pipeline & Market Insight
- Maintain visibility of upcoming national tenders across protective services.
- Provide insight on competitor behaviours, market trends, and procurement shifts.
- Support national forecasting and tender pipeline development.
Collaboration & Governance
- Facilitate workshops, storyboarding sessions, reviews, and internal sign-off.
- Ensure submissions meet governance, commercial approval, and contract risk standards.
- Build strong internal relationships at all levels鈥攆rom operational specialists to C-suite leaders.
