The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate inventory and material records, adhering to established procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. Your work will directly support mission readiness through efficient asset tracking, streamlined logistics coordination, and reliable technical support.
What you will do:
- Maintain and track tech inventory (phones, laptops, etc.), conducting semi-annual audits.
- Set up and break down classrooms, training spaces, and operational exercises鈥攕ometimes on short notice.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with Technical Advisory Team and other key stakeholders to understand and relay requirements.
- Perform updates,and installations, on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
- Work hands-on with dozens of phones/laptops daily, while staying responsive to unexpected needs.
- Own and update key documentation (inventory lists, training logs, PowerPoint briefings, Excel trackers).
- Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements that support training and logistics needs.
- Utilize the internal system for the managed attribution of procured equipment and services, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly allocated.
- Keep precise material records for all procurement activities, facilitating efficient inventory and resource management.
- Accurately manage and account for transactions involving US Currency in excess of $10,000.00, adhering to financial policies and regulations.
- Follow established practices and rules related to managed attribution of business associations, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all operations.
- Employ the internal Ridgeline Asset Management System for effective asset tracking and management.
