Ridgeline International is seeking a Talent Management Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. In this role, you will gain firsthand experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development. Working alongside our talent management professionals, you will contribute to programs and strategies that help Ridgeline attract, develop, and retain exceptional people.
What You Will Do
- Support the talent acquisition team with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with the development and execution of employee development programs and training initiatives
- Help track and analyze workforce metrics, including turnover data, engagement survey results, and performance trends
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Research talent management best practices and industry benchmarks
- Assist with succession planning activities and organizational development projects
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to performance review cycles and talent calibration sessions
