As a Sales Capability & Effectiveness Consultant , you will design and deliver training programmes that align with our strategy, values, and goals. Your role will empower sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, supporting various sales-based positions across the UK.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging learning and development programs tailored to sales roles (ISEs, BDMs, Branch Managers).
- Conduct diagnostics to identify sales skill gaps and create practical, behaviour-based learning experiences.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including roleplay and simulated sales conversations.
- Provide 1:1 or group coaching to embed learning into everyday selling behaviour.
- Develop blended learning programs combining e-learning, live workshops, and coaching.
- Create guides, playbooks, and microlearning tools for ongoing reinforcement.
- Track learning outcomes and behavioural adoption, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
