Reporting to Australia Sales Leadership, the Client Account Manager â Freight (CAM) owns the commercial performance and growth of an assigned customer portfolio across the Qantas Freight business, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth in addition to traditional account management. This is a performanceâdriven role suited to individuals who thrive in highâexpectation environments and are motivated by results and commercial impact.
The CAM is accountable for retaining existing revenue while driving expansion through new business, crossâsell, and upâsell opportunities aligned to customer needs. Acting as the primary escalation point for their portfolio, the CAM owns issue resolution endâtoâend and works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable service, protect customer relationships, and achieve sustainable commercial growth.
