We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales & Growth to lead the expansion of our digital transformation and modernization portfolio in the U.S. market. This senior leadership role will be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies while driving client acquisition among Fortune 100-500 companies. We are looking for a candidate with deep industry experience in digital transformation who is equally comfortable in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and implement strategies to expand our digital transformation portfolio. Leverage partnerships, PaaS/SaaS/cloud-hyperscale alliances, and startup ecosystems to develop new client relationships. Represent the company at key industry events to foster growth.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients to enhance our market presence among top U.S. enterprises.
- Market Development & Thought Leadership: Develop and prioritize digital service offerings to drive business growth while contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
- Portfolio Expansion: Collaborate with business units to evolve digital consulting offerings, including customer experience, supply chain, eCommerce, and marketing technology.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with delivery, technology, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of digital services.
