The Senior Account Executive will manage a focused list of strategic target accounts. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and excellence in pipeline building, opportunity creation and closing. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will position IFS鈥檚 award-winning solutions while leveraging the broader portfolio to deliver measurable business value.
You will apply your enterprise software sales expertise and industry knowledge to identify, qualify and close opportunities within an existing customer base.
This role sits within a high-growth market unit undergoing transformational expansion (organic and inorganic), challenging traditional enterprise software standards.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the Go-To-Market strategy for nominated industries
Prepare and maintain Territory Plans for assigned verticals
Develop and execute Account Plans (deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, power maps)
Own the full end-to-end enterprise sales cycle:
demand generation
discovery and needs analysis
RFI/RFP process
business case development
negotiation and closing
Build and maintain 4x pipeline coverage
Work closely with partners to accelerate deal cycles and ensure strong delivery foundations
Take full accountability for annual sales targets and quarterly budget delivery
Maintain high CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and reporting discipline
Collaborate effectively within a matrix organisation and global teams
