Work set up: Hybrid, primarily remote with occasional travel to client offices across the UK and Europe. Most work will be performed from home with rare travel requirements.

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SuccessFactors Time Tracking and SAP HR Consultant (CATS) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise time tracking and consolidated time recording frameworks. This role focuses on delivering end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, designing global CTR templates, and ensuring accurate consolidation of time data across multiple systems including clock platforms, absence management, and payroll integrations. The consultant will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to guide complex time management processes, ensure compliance with payroll processing requirements, and deliver high quality documentation and system configuration throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will do:
- Lead end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
- Design and govern Consolidated Time Recording frameworks across enterprise environments.
- Define global CTR templates and localization strategies to support regional workforce requirements.
- Architect consolidation of time data from clock systems, external time interfaces, absence management systems, and allowances or premium structures.
- Ensure accurate consolidation of recorded, calculated, and payable time across time management platforms.
- Design complex overtime, premium, and shift differential scenarios using Time Valuations.
- Align time output data with downstream payroll processing requirements.
- Configure and oversee Time Recording Profiles based on CTR frameworks.
- Configure Time Valuations, Time Types, Time Type Groups, Time Accounts, and accrual rules.
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, and related workforce scheduling structures.
- Lead configuration of consolidated time pay types and valuation outputs.
- Architect integrations between Time Tracking or CTR frameworks and Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, third party payroll systems, and clock or time capture platforms.
- Configure and maintain attendance types, validations, and recording processes within SAP S4HANA HR environments.
- Build and optimize Work Schedule Rules including daily schedules, weekly schedules, and shift models.
- Ensure accurate and compliant Time Evaluation processing for attendances, overtime, premiums, and exceptions.
- Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare clear workshop materials including presentations, process maps, and decision logs.
- Produce high quality functional specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and test cases.
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders and guide decision making across teams.
