We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Specialist to act as the central point of contact for the Veris Product Line. This role is pivotal to the customer experience and the Associate will focus on managing service requests, coordinating resources, and supporting both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and an ability to handle competing priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and Build a Veris Installation & Service Log, and manage Veris Service Projects from initial communication through completion.
- Provide technical assistance regarding measurements, drawings, and technical manuals to resolve a wide range of customer inquiries from installation to warranty assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction & resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Produce service documentation through an in-house EDP program build and process paperwork according to established procedures.
- Track and Monitor Veris field service corrective action and identify root cause of issues identified, communicating with Production, Design, and Engineering.
- Complete the Veris certified installer program and Train-the-Trainer program, while meeting requirements to become a trainer for Veris Installations.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for installation and field service.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement processes that align with organizational goals.
- Cross train within the department to support Service & Installation of other product lines.
- Perform various clerical and administrative functions as needed.
