Ensuring Timely placement of vehicles with committed TAT.
Taking care of our Cartage for MAA Branch & providing visibility to our internal department.
Interacting with customers & providing solution for smooth operation.
Identifying new Service Providers & maintain good relationships .
Interacting with other districts for smooth operations.
Ensuring timely RI submission & AP on time.
Providing White Glove activities as per SOP exception.
Periodical training for Team members, Service Providers
Always meet compliance to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Ensure all Service Providers SOP in place
Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company鈥檚 procedures
Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
